In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge facing managers in 2022 and what do you think might help address this issue.

I already made a couple of notes that primarily focus on COVID-19 creating the most prominent challenges in 2022 for management, and how it disrupted the workplace flow, as employees had a hard time adapting to the rapid changes facing the new events that is the pandemic.

I expanded on the fact that team building exercises are a solution for this issue, as it strengthens the bond between employees and management. But I feel like this isn't enough of an explanation, and could use some guidance on another potential solution.
