In your reflection, you should relate your perception of sustainability accounting to what is taking place within your community. For this, you are required to choose an organization from the community that you are living in, reflect upon why they should be providing an account for their sustainability, reflect on their claimed as well as actual sustainability practices, how they account for sustainability and how they could improve their sustainability accounting. These organizations may be your local coffee shop, your local supermarket, your local sports club, your local bakery, or a division within your local council.

Your reflection needs to include the following:

1. A short description of the chosen organization and its operations along with a short justification of why this organization was chosen
2. A reflection of why this particular organization should provide an account for their sustainability
3. A discussion of the core issues/points of sustainability tension of your chosen organizations
4. A reflection of how the organization currently accounts for their sustainability impact
5. A discussion of how accounting, accounting systems and the way information is reported may improve sustainability

What is the organization currently doing to minimize their sustainability impact? 

On what basis is action to increase the organization's sustainability being taken? 

Why is no action to increase the organization's sustainability being taken?
