In your teams,develop a schedule for your project using Microsoft Project.The MPP file you develop should contain the following based on your project criteria:

1. The Project Summary Task
2. Summary Tasks (Work Packages from the WBS)
3. Detailed tasks (50 at least)
4. Resources (Listed in the Resource Sheet with costs included)
5. Resource Assignments (Note: There cannot be any overallocation)

This assignment will be compared to your previous assignments and verified based on the criteria you established in the project charter and the scope baseline.

• The Group assignment template with the completed RACI
• The MPP file
