Report-Alternative Scenario: Your company has been in the process of creating a fitness facility. Unfortunately, there has been an accident at the worksite (where the gym is being built). On February 12, one of the carpenters discharged a nail gun and hit one of the other workers in the forehead. Nail guns can only be discharged if they are flush against an object, so you have some concerns about how this "accident" occurred. There have been rumors about horseplay. You have been asked by Ms. Araujo (the owner of the facility) to investigate the accident, report on what has been done to deal with the situation, determine the cause of or blame for the incident, and provide recommendations aimed at ensuring that no accidents like this one happen on the project in the future.
