IND 201 Milestone Two Guidelines and Rubric: Action Plan In Module Four, you will submit a sample action plan that identifies your major educational goals, time management plans for meeting those goals, and the benefits to meeting your goals successfully. You may wish to use the action plan tools included in your Module Four resources, but you are not limited to a specific template in your submission. Your action plan should detail three major educational goals that you wish to complete in preparation for graduation. The action plan should list specific time management steps by detailing short-term SMART goals to be met in the process of achieving the long-term goals. The following critical elements should be addressed in your submission: 1. Educational Goals: Your plan should detail at least three major educational goals that are specific, concisely stated, and measurable (e.g., \"I plan to graduate by July 2016 so that I may pursue a new position in my current career,\" \"I will achieve an A grade in at least 80% of my courses,\" \"I will develop advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator through my coursework in graphic design\"). 2. Time Management Plan: Provide a detailed time management plan that summarizes your time commitments to your educational goals and the ways in which you will manage progress toward successful completion of these commitments. While you may wish to include a weekly schedule, the plan should provide a narrative as to how you will specifically dedicate time and resources toward your educational goals. 3. SMART Goals for the Term: Provide a list of at least two \"SMART\" goals for the rest of this term that will assist you in accomplishing your educational goals for the course. Your goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. 4. Conclusion: Conclude your action plan with a brief (two- to three-paragraph) discussion on the importance of achieving your educational goals, potential roadblocks toward your successful achievement, and specific resources (people, services, etc.) available to you that will help you along your educational journey. Format: Double-spaced Word document, 12-point standard font, one-inch margins, APA or MLA format. Page length requirements: 2-3 pages, not including title page and references. Instructor Feedback: Students can find their feedback in the Grade Center.
