Independent sample t-tests

-Supposed you want to test if there was a mean temperature difference between January and April in Ypsilanti Michigan

in order to test this,

-first you randomly selected 9 days from January, measured high temperature, and calculated mean and standard deviation .

-second you randomly selected 9 days from April, measured high temperature, and calculated mean and standard deviation.

-conduct an independent sample t test (p<.05, 2 tailed) and construct an independent sample t test table.
