The pair met over breakfast where they orally discussed the contract. Pursuant to the oral agreement, Susan transferred the money whereupon Steven gave her the keys.

3.4 Romeo enters into an agreement with Simo in terms of which they agreed that that Romeo will sell his BMW to Simo for R60 000. Unbeknown to both of them, the BMW has been completely destroyed the night before in a fire.

3.5 Simon, an emancipated 16-year-old, sells his computer to Lynn, a 20-year-old woman, for R1 500 without the consent of his guardian.
