1.Provide 2 key Metrics that should be measured in this Process Improvement Project (2 point)

2.Provide 1 SMART Objective for the Process Improvement Project (2 point)

3.Context Diagram: Current State (4 points): Highlight are provided to indicate the root cause of problem, and the areas of improvement

4.Traceability Matrix: (6 points): Current State Requirements in a table, numbered, described unambiguously with traceability to your Objectives and Context Diagram. At least 6 requirements. All must be measurable. Can be a mix of functional and non-functional Current State requirements. Colour code the requirements that will need to be revised for Future State, and colour code the requirements that need to be maintained for Future State.
