Introduction:

- Briefly discuss the impact of COVID-19 on businesses, and provide a shortoutline of how organizations have responded in various ways to thepandemic.

- Identification of a selected organization detailing their history, operations,product and services portfolio

Main body:

- Description of the actions (i.e., the changes implemented by your selectedorganization) as a response to COVID-19

- Application of the Six Images Framework to the organization (i.e., whichimage(s) best capture/explain the organization's changes in light of thepandemic?)

- Evaluation of the actions taken by the organization (i.e., what did they dowell and/or less well? Is there anything else they could have or should have

done differently? Importantly, can any alternative actions be identifiedthrough other images of the framework not already identified?)

- What did your essay find?

- How useful have the Six Images Framework been for diagnosing andevaluating change?
