Individual Paper Assignment for MGT 210 This assignment serves a dual purpose. First, you are to think about your future, in both career and personal terms. Second, you are to incorporate concepts we have covered in this class in such a way as to demonstrate understanding. For this paper you are the organization. What is your mission in life - what is the reason you exist? Second, what is your vision? What is it that you want to become? Your vision should be something that corresponds with your mission. Second, what is your plan to accomplish your vision? Your plan should incorporate or explain how you will take advantage of, or compensate for your personality characteristics, or leadership skills. Finally, you must also address the topic of motivation. Which motivation theory that we have covered do you think drives you, or can be used to drive you to reach your goal? You can build your own theory of motivation by taking components of the various theories that we discussed if you wish. There is no one right answer, or one best theory, so the emphasis here will be on the justification you give for your choices. This paper is an individual project that will represent your own interpretations of yourself, and your aspirations, and the integration of those opinions about yourself into your plan.
