Part 1---80 points

For your Final Project Plan, include the following elements:

  • Table of Contents
  • Executive Summary
  • Scope of work (or Statement of work): Make it one sentence that simply states the time, cost and scopeof the project.
  • Project Objectives: 5-10 bullet items explaining the value you expect to receive from the project.
  • Work breakdown structure: 14-20 activities to complete your project in an outline format.
  • Responsibilities matrix
  • Communications plan
  • Use MSProject to generate the project network, Gantt chart, critical path, slack, early start/finish dates, late start/finish dates.
  • Resource/HR requirements list--for each resource--time phased by task
  • Baseline budget/Time phased budget
  • Propose a schedule and tool/techniques/metrics to monitor status of the project.
  • Procurement Plan
  • Risk Management Plan--include at least 4 risk events along with Risk Assessment Form and Risk Response Matrix.
  • Quality Management Plan
  • Change Management Plan
  • Closeout Checklist
