Individually develop a questionnaire to investigate a certain business idea. The questionnaire has to contain at least 20 questions and cover all the required information for you to examine whether your business idea could actually work. Make sure all questions are relevant, clear and measurable.

What should the questionnaire options be like for each question for both multiple choice and open ended questions? I've already done Question 1 but am unsure of the rest. Take Note: Use variety of questions with Different Scales (i.e. Yes/No, Ranking 1 to 5, Tick the relevant boxes as it is very important that everything is incorporated into the questionnaire...)

(Note: My business idea would be to see if station booths would work at MRT stations with the purpose of practicing working anytime, anywhere and taking breaks/naps. Each booth is equipped with a desk, sofa, power outlet, and free WiFi connection. Users can enjoy the fact that the booths are soundproof as well.) My Questionnaire will contain the following questions:

1) What is your age? A. 1 - 15 years old B. 16 - 30 years old C. 31 - 45 years old D. 46+ 2) How frequently do you travel to work by the MRT? 3) How long does your typical commute take you? 4) Do you experience feelings of stress while you are traveling? 5) Are you curious about the possibility of using a station booth? 6) Could you please explain why or why not? 7) What is the maximum amount of money you would be willing to pay to use a station booth? 8) If you were to utilize the station booth, would you use it for:

  • working
  • resting
  • both?

9) If there was a station booth available, how frequently would you make use of it? 10) If you were to utilize the station booth, what time of the day would you do so most frequently? 11) At the station booth, are there any more services you would want to see offered? 12) Do you think that using the station booth is a safe option for you? 13) Do you believe that putting the station booth in the station would be a suitable use of the space there? 14) Do you believe that the station booth would be an annoyance to other passengers who were commuting? 15) Would you be interested in having the station booth available at additional stations? 16) At which stations would you like to have access to the station booth if it were available? 17) If you were a commuter, how popular do you think the station booth would be with other people? 18) Do you believe the station booth will be maintained in a satisfactory manner? 19) Would you suggest the station booth to other people who use the train station? 20) If you had the chance, would you use the station booth once more?
