Inflation calculation Excel formula help:

Inflation is 2% per year, broken down on a monthly basis in each cell. It should be something that I can just drag to copy to the rest of the cells, so that's what I'm trying to figure out. PLEASE PROVIDE CELL REFERENCES FOR WHAT TO CLICK AND FORMAT OF FORMULA I NEED TO USE. Screen shot of everything is ok.

The below image is what I need to recreate (ONLY THE INFLATION CALCULATION PART--It's my multiplier for the rest of the spreadsheet), which is what I am asking you for help to do:

Row A has month references; Colum C Row 4 is the annual inflation rate. Monthly inflation Row 4 Column D and onward.

I am asking for the fill-formula to do be able to expand this to the right, all the way to month 72. What do I do?
