It would be nice to work in a lab with multiple manitars per computer, but that's not our reality. So, when doing the Team requirements:
one person should have the Master Excel fie on their dovice,
another person should have the Issues and Requirements open, and
the third person should have the "Digital PBX Config.... "Excel file open.
Start a new blank Excel workbook. Start a list of deliverables in a Sheet called "Deliverables". This list must meet the INFO 8146 best practices (have columns of Deliverable ID, Name. RequirementiD, Started Date, Started Time, Done Date, Done Time, etc ). There also must be a column for "Person", to record who is doing the work (All, or finitals of each person).
Add records to the List of Deliverables about the deliverables that must be done for each of Week 3 and 4's Requirements. Some requrements might have two deliverables; some might have none. (The L st of Deliverables is NOI a list of acticns) it is a list of completed portions of the project.
Look thru the requirements in this document for keywords (or possibly hints) that may identify Deliverables. Deliverables often are coded with Letters, not numbers.
Common typos of deverables are:
A sheet and Blank LisUTable
Data in a List/Table offabout ...
Workflow Details about ...
Data Model - Imported Data and Documentation
Data Model - Calcilated Fields and Documentation
Data Analysis Products ike Pivot Tables, Phot Graphs, ...
Workflow is the line by line, step by step, decision by decision, action by action description of how a DA designs, develops, verifies, documents and dellvers a deliverable. There are several exampies of Workflow in this 18R document.
Most of it is usualiy found in the top rows of the related Data Model. Data models might have 15 or more rows of Workflow before their column headings. it also can be found on Analysis sheets, in appropriate places.
Add date and time data (both start and done) and other notes as needed (but not worktiow!) to the List of Deliverables in the Team's workbook about the work actually done for each of Week 3's deliverables.
Put a small list of who is Person 1,2 or 3(doing the Tech, Expert or CSR work) in the Master's Deliverables List.
