conduct a scavenger hunt in which you summarize a legal case decided in your state's federal court within the last 3 years that involved the interpretation of the regulation for a provided topic.

To Prepare

• Using the Federal Register resource in the Learning Resources, find a federal administrative regulation that applies to sexual orientation discrimination in North Carolina
• Identify the name of a legal case, along with itsBasic Legalcitation, which was decided within the last 3 years, and cite the federal regulation referenced in the case.

By Day 3

Post summary of a legal case decided in North Carolina federal court that involved the interpretation of a regulation. List the legal name of the case, theBasic Legalcitation for the case, and theBasic Legalcitation for the regulation.
