input redirection in C.

hello does input redirection affect the value of argc?? for example what woudl be the value of argc here??? please help me understand this!!!! Does the value depend on the stuff inside the testfile? for example suppose the test file was "A B C D"

$ ./main -a1 -b1 100 < testfile > outfile
