Analyze the context, audience, and purpose of a communication situation to produce effective communication materials in a wide range of HR genres. Organize and design documents for reader accessibility. Recognize the legal implications of HR communication decisions. Create coherent and correct documents using effective grammar, sentence structure and paragraph development. Apply research and documentation skills to communication problems. Ethically build on the work of others, including updating templates, using patchwriting and developing boilerplate. Make style and tone choices to communicate using an organization's brand voice. Employ select rhetorical strategies to create persuasive messages that assist organizations to effect procedural, operational, and cultural change.
