You are employed as a clerical account officer in the ministry of finance Bairiki,there are five other full time account officers working with you in the same office.

At 9:15 am this morning, Mamere Chistopher, one of your colleages, was walking into the office from the luchroom, carrying a hot cup of coffee. she tripped on an electrical cord which was lying across the floor, running from the power point on the oppsite wall to one of the computers.

As she fell forwards, Mamere spilt hot coffee on her right forearm and hit her head on the corner of Tareeres desk. The cut on Mameres forehead immediately began to bleed. at the same time her arm began to blister as a result of the scalding coffee.

Although Mamere did not require hospitalisation, it was decided that she needed medical treatment so was taken to the clinic
