Instructions

Thoroughly read the case assigned. It is recommended that you read it 2-3 times. Prepare a 1500-word (+ or - 250 words) report (12-point font, double spaced not including the title page or reference page).

You should consider organizing your report as follows:

• Introduction (Brief summary of the case - not more than 150 words)
• Company background (based on data in the case and other sources if appropriate) to set the context for your analysis
• Consider the issue/problems/ (Hint: Use the guiding questions provided to identify the issue/problems/decision making situation)
• Analyze the issues
• Develop alternatives
• Present your recommendation(s)
• Action plan
• Use APA format.
• Consult your instructor regarding use of additional academic and relevant non-academic references to support your case analysis.
