FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. 154 Cal. App 4th 1 (2007). After reading the case, write a brief answering the following questions.

• What did the court base its decision on?
• Is there any way that words can un-do conduct based upon the ruling in this case?
• If you were legal counsel to Federal Express before the fact, how might you counsel it to ensure that its original intent would be supported by the court?
