Instructions Final Project Report: Your final report should include: - A cover page with the name of your project and Team names. - A minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 10 pages. - Font is 12 and sentences single spaced. - New paragraphs may include an additional space. - Consider having a Table of Contents page to keep your report organized. - The final page should be a list of references. When using related resources/publications, be sure to reference the author name(s), title of the article, and specify where and when the work was published (magazine, scientific journal, white paper, internet etc.). - Review your spelling and grammar. Your writing will reflect your team's thinking so it should be clear, organized and in a reasoned fashion. Be thorough in your project, do thorough research and use critical thinking. What materials/training do supervisors/coaches require to mentor young talent? RONNOCO MINING Ltd. Ronnoco Mining began its business on January 1st,2022. Ronnoco maintains 4 mining sites in total, all in remote areas of Northern Ontario. The following information will be useful to you: - The company recently purchased the 4 mining sites from another company - Ronnoco has taken on the existing staff working in the mines at each site. There are approximately 1,000 employees distributed evenly across the 4 sites - At each site is an office with personnel including an HR Generalist, 1 Payroll Clerk, 1 H\&S/Trainer and an administrative assistant. The office staff report to the General Manager. In the mine there are approximately 30 supervisors who supervise and manage the mine workers on 3 shifts that operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with the exception of a mandatory 3 week closure that occurs each summer) - The employees working in the mine belong to a union. At each site there is a different union.
