For one full day, track your relationships and interactions with others. Specifically, identify when you are interacting with someone $1$ on $1,$ when

you are interacting with a group of people, when a group you are a part of interacts with another group or when a group you are a part of

interacts with another individual.

Which interactions were the easiest for you, and which interactions were the hardest for you? Why? Did you notice any patterns?

For those interactions that were work based, or project based, which composition factors $($e$.$g$.$ size, closeness, length of time$)$ were important in

determining how well the group worked together?

Were there any times where you felt compelled to share something but did not? If not, why?
