Consider the health care organization you are most familiar with and select three words to describe its culture. Does that organization promote quality? Why or why not?

Now, consider what you wrote and answer the following questions.

• How would you change or add a quality factor for the organization?
• Would that change the community perception? How?
• Based on the quality words you used to identify that organization, what do you think about the organization's quality?
