In our discussion, please decide if you agree with Talent on Tap hosts Pat and Brendan when they state that managers and other hiring authorities need to "rethink hiring for culture fit?"

Pat seems to differentiate "fit" requirements between those who are more of a solo contributor in an organization and those who mostly work as part of a team to deliver the highest value work output. Does that make sense to you, or not?
