INSTRUCTIONS Namibia will be hosting the annual Southern African Development Community (SADC) women u/19 soccer tournament. However, only four SADC nations will be joining Namibla. All arrivals will be at Hosea Kutako international Airport. The soccer teams are goly responsible for their flight and accommodation costs inclusive of breakfast and dinner. The toumament itself will take place over 5 days. The purpose of the toumament is to rase funds and awareness on gender-based violence and remembering the fallen victims. Last year, Angola was the host and had memorable opening and closing/awards ceremonies. Your small events management business was successtully awarded the contract to organise the tournament which is to take place from 10 of December. You and your team need to prepare a project management plan which you will present to the sponsor. You must: 1. Establish the project objective and make a list of your assumptions about the project. Your response should include their interpretation of the project objective and list the assumptions for the project.) 2. Develop a work breakdown structure. (You should hove on indentured list or a hierorchical structure for the work breakdown structure with the major toskis necessory to achieve the project objective.) 3. Prepare a list of the specific activities that need to be performed to accomplish the project objective. (The WBS should contain enough detail for the student nesponses to manage the tasks and assign responsibility and resources to the tasks.) 4. For each activity, assign the person who will be responsible. (Show the name of the person responsible for eoch task) 5. Create a network diagram that shows the sequence and dependent relationships of all the activities. (Your responses should sequence the tasks to show the dependencies of the tasks and what tosks can be done concurrently, if any.) 6. Develop an estimated duration for each activity. 7. Using a project start time of 0 (or October 1) and a required project completion time of 75 days (or December 14), calculate the ES, EF, LS, and IF times and TS for each activity. If your calculations result in a project schedule with negative TS, revise the project scope, activity estimated durations, and/or sequence or dependent relationships among activities to arrive at an acceptable baseline schedule for completing the project within 75 day (or by December 14). Describe the revisions you made. 8. Determine the critical path, and identify the activities that make up the critical path. 9. Produce a bar chart (Gantt chart) based on the ES and EF times from the schedule in item 7. 10. Create a risk register with accompanying remedial actions. 11. Determine estimated costs for each activity. 12. Determine the project budget
