Instructions: Read the case study below. What is my diagnosis (1)?

I am a 52-year-old man, who presents to the ER with a COPD exacerbation. I am admitted to a medical surgical floor. I have a personal acupuncturist who visits me daily, and brings me sushi with soy sauce, even though I am on a low-sodium diet. I have a lot of money, and have asked all of the female CNAs to be my private aides when I get discharged. I don't think it will bother my two girlfriends. I can't help being attractive!
