Reflection Journal on Change Management Course   Objectives: To critically reflect on the key concepts and principles learned in the change management course. To apply the knowledge gained from course presentations and readings to real-world scenarios. To synthesize your understanding of change management and its importance in organizational settings.   Instructions: Part 1: Course Content Reflection  Summarize the main concepts, theories, and models covered in the change management course. Cite specific content from course presentations and readings. Reflect on how these concepts have contributed to your understanding of change management in organizations. Provide examples or case studies discussed in the course to illustrate your understanding of key principles. Discuss any challenges or questions that emerged during the course and how you addressed them or sought clarification.   Part 2: Application of Learning  Select a real-world organizational scenario or case study (either from the course or one you find relevant) that involves a significant change management challenge. Apply the knowledge you have gained from the course to analyze the selected scenario. How would you approach the change management process based on what you've learned?
