Select a building (gymnasium, red cross building, hospital education center, etc.) you believe will be a safe setting to transfer residents, from your facility, during a disaster (tornado, hurricane, etc.). (Think of buildings in the area you live in.)

What kind of building is it?

How far is the safe setting from your facility?

List services that can be offered at the setting. (Details about kitchen, bathrooms, security, and bed availability.)

How much room is available? Can it house all of your residents comfortable?

The 5 elements of a legally binding contract are made up of:

1. An offer - a written promise to do something for certain terms (e.g. payment)
2. Acceptance - e.g. signature(s)
3. Consideration - what each party to the contract will do or not do
4. Mutuality of obligation - the binding agreement that both parties must perform according to the offer. All must agree to the same terms.
5. Competency and capacity - both parties must be legally competent and have the capacity to agree to the terms.
