Select a company that you admire or would like to work for upon graduation from College. The selected company should be one that has displayed exemplary practices or achieved excellence in some way. Analyze the management practices of that organization using the tools we have covered in this semester. Focus on at least two (2) key areas of management, such as human resources, technology, organizational culture, motivating and rewarding employees, leadership style, managing change, and determine how the 2 selected areas have contributed to the company's success and/or challenges. Based on your discoveries, what recommendations would you make to this management team? This paper should be submitted as a Word document. College level content, format and grammar are expected.
