1. Look for job advertisements online or elsewhere. You may use any postings from the last two years, if you cannot find enough current ones. You may want to start with one of the following job posting sites:

1. Find a job posting for your dream job (a job you wish to have 10 years after you have completed your schooling). Job titles may varypay more attention to getting similar jobtypesthan jobtitles. For example, a pediatric physical therapist may be more like a general physical therapist. Avoid looking for entry level positions (no professional experience required) if you can. You are looking for a "dream job", not a job you already qualify for.

1. In narrative form (notbullet points), create a job description(you may use the one you found but note that you may need to modify it). This must be at least 5 sentences and include a background of the employer;

1. In bullet form, list the responsibilities of the position (include at least 10).

1. In bullet form, list the desirable qualifications and minimum qualifications. Be sure to include:

• Credentials;
• certifications;
• training;
• note any degrees or educational requirements;
• skills;
• years of experience;
• knowledge required; and,
• describe anything else you think is important to include in the job posting.

• contains at least 10 relevant job responsibilities
• contains all relevant and necessary qualifications for this position
• is clearly written and is written at the college level
• makes use of material presented in class
• follows directions
• is free of grammar, spelling, and typographical errors
• and meets the page requirement.
