Patrick is a 17-year-old boy who likes to live life "on the edge." Patrick went to his local baseball card shop in the city of Boredom To admire the many collectables from his favorite sport. A baseball caught his eye. However, Patrick couldn't afford it. Lefty Loser, the owner of the card shop,made the following proposition to Patrick: "If you scrub the floors of the shop, I will give you the Justin Turner baseball." Patrick did not say a word and immediately went to work scrubbing the floors. After three long hours, Patrick was on the last floor panel to be scrubbed when Lefty uttered,"I rescind." Patrick was devastated and was immediately engulfed by anger. As Lefty turned to walk away, Patrick ran up to him and threw his best haymaker punch that landed on the back of Lefty's head. Lefty never anticipated the punch. Lefty fell unconscious to the ground. Patrick Took the Justin Turner baseball and left Lefty on the ground as Patrick high-tailed out of the shop.Patrick wanted to stay off the main road for fear of being caught and therefore jumped a fence and landed on the property of Tropical Ted, a lover of exotic animals. When Patrick landed on the ground,he came eye-to-eye with Ted's prized 20-foot rhino. Fearful for his life, Patrick immediately climbed back over the fence but sprained his knee when he landed back on the main road.Scared that he would be apprehended, he pulled out his phone and used his WhatsApp to reach out to Cougar, his 23-year old girlfriend. Cougar was recently deemed by the court to be incompetent. Cougar drove Patrick to the local Salvation Army store to buy matching camouflage outfits so that they wouldn't stand out in the crowd. At the store, a sign was posted stating,"Store not responsible for any customer items damaged, lost or stolen."While trying on outfits, an employee of the Salvation Army accidently knocked Patrick's Cricket phone out of his hand,and it landed on the floor, shattering into several pieces. Pissed off, Patrick and Cougar hastily exited the store,wearing their respective camouflage outfits.
