with an outside company Stan's Machine Repair. Stan's charges the company $1,000 per year. In addition, The Widget Maker
must keep their machines well oiled. The cost is 20 cents per widget. Widgets are manufactured using raw materials that cost
$5 per widget and then packaged at a cost of 50 cents per widget. Lastly, the firm pays salaries to its factory supervisor in the
amount of $120,000 and monthly utilities of $500 or $6,000 annually. The machinery increases the utility cost by 30 cents per
