This activity is designed to follow Chapter 1, Commentaries and Cases on the Law of Business Organization. The focus of this exercise is on analyzing the agency status of two different companies: HumbleandSun Oil.

Cases:

• Humble Oil v. Martin Hoover 298 F.2d 163
• Hoover v. Sun Oil. 553, 212 A.2d 214
• Then identify and distinguish five differences between the agency relationship in the two cases. Explain the differences on each side of the table.
