Your pitch is simply you describing the problem and the possible solution. It may be a business idea or a service idea, something you could sell or provide for income... think about how you communicate the idea. Concise, clear, the important facts.

Pitch Example:

My fingers get cold in gloves, I prefer mittens because having my fingers together produces heat and keeps them warmer. The problem is mittens don't allow your hands as much freedom so I can't do anything using my hands with mittens on and I keep having to take them off. I would like to develop a mitten that keeps the thumb and pointer finger separate like in a glove and the other 3 fingers remain in the mitten, providing both warmth and dexterity. I would also put a special tip on the thumb and pointer finger that would allow for smartphone use.
