Instructions:

Write a proposal that you will present to the MindForge Technologies leadership team for feedback. To provide context for this project, you are working for MindForge Technologies. Develop an understanding of how to create and implement a policy on AI usage in the workplace, and recommend how to implement, and communicate this change. To date, there has not been a policy on this topic. This proposal will include recommendations on how to plan, implement, and sustain the change from the perspective of a human resources professional team.

Sections:

Background - Briefly summarize the change. As a starting point, you should reach agreement with why this change is required in the organization. You need to identify and justify the force behind the change. For this project, apply all the sections to the change at MindForge Technologies, Calgary-based organization with values of innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

Launch the Change - Propose how you will implement the change in the organization. How will you check the readiness for the change? Provide specific examples of each of the three different aspects of readiness. Outline how you will work through the polarities of the change. (The three levels of readiness are task level, organizational level, person level)
