You are employed with CariTel Communications based out of Orlando, Florida. This is a telephone and media advertising agency that does media advertising for large and prominent companies around the region.

The CEO is concerned about litigation with employees and the negative publicity that may occur. You became aware of pending claims involving allegations of harassment and discrimination and is concerned about the cost, publicity, delay, and disruption that may result from litigation of these issues. One of these claims has surfaced and the parties (CariTel Communications and Melissa Ward) have agreed to arbitration.You are tasked with the following:

• Make an Arbitration Agreement that addresses the following:
  • Introductory statement
  • Governing law
  • Background documents for Arbitrator
  • Statement of claims and answering statements
  • Production of documents
  • Expert reports
  • Prehearing conference and hearings
  • Motions, proposed findings, and trial briefs
  • Explanation of award
  • Payment of Arbitrator
  • Means of filing and service
• The Arbitration Agreement must include an Acknowledgement of Arbitration
• Must be TWO TO THREE pages in length.
• Must include references with in-text citations.
