because of both an increasing supply and maturity risk).
3. Your common stock has a beta of 1.38, while the risk-free rate is 4 percent, and the risk premium on the market is 10 percent. The expected long-run sustainable
growth rate is 5 percent and the price of the stock is currently $30.00 per share.
