Given the current credit markets, it is assumed that only $70\%$ of the purchase value of Water

Fantasy can be leveraged via mortgage. An $8\%$ assumption is used for interest only with a

balloon payment $($i$.$e$.,$ a one$-$off lump sum that the borrow agrees to pay their lender$)$ beyond

the holding time horizon.
