Your task is to propose a plan to reduce prejudice, discrimination, and inter-group conflict between these two groups. Outline an intervention that you designed that integrates at least 2 specific feasible strategies to reduce inter-group conflict and prejudice. Defend your strategies, using at least 1 study/experiment from a peer-reviewed journal. Make sure to describe the study/experiment in detail.
