Because of this, ISPs and business customers document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to define the expected terms of service.

You manage the information systems for a telemarketing business with 100 employees. You need to secure a highly reliable, fast Internet connection with bandwidth to support Voice Over IP (VoIP) as well as other services.

In this Application, you will research and compare three different potential business ISPs for your company. Providers are area dependent. You may consider your home location or another location of your choice.

Second, locate the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each of the ISPs you are considering. Create a table to compare the three ISPs side-by-side. The chart should include:

Add an additional column to the table in which you identify which ISPs provides the best service in each of these areas and explain your reasoning why.

Conclude with an overall explanation of which ISP you selected for the telemarketing company. Explain your reasoning and defend your choice.
