Interview with a hiring manager (or HR professional who does hiring.) You will need to set up a time to have a one hour interview with someone who does hiring and selection. The purpose of the interview to understand their work in hiring - their processses, their challenges, their tips, their successes, their failures and more. The result of the interview will be a written report (between 1350 and 1500 words) to summarize the findings of the interview. This paper will be due on the last day of Module 4.
