Over the past few weeks, not to mention the prior courses in this program, you have read and studied a lot on the topic of leadership. Kouzes and Posner focus on the five essential practices of a leader and discuss the Ten Commitments leaders need to be willing to make. In this discussion, you are being asked to build on the concepts identified in their text.

If you were going to add a sixthpractice of exemplary leadership (Kouzes and Posner text, Table 1.1, p. 24) what would it be and why? Cite research if you can. Which of the Ten Commitments in Table 1.1 will be hardest for you to execute? How will you overcome this?
