Key findings from the report include the following results:

88% of U.S. employees reported overall satisfaction with their current job, marking the highest level of satisfaction over the last decade.

Based on a five-point scale, with 1 representing the least engaged and 5 representing the most engaged,U.S. employees were found to be moderately engaged (3.8); slightly higher than last year's engagement index of 3.7.
