Part 2:

After reviewing the website from Part 1, and conducting a brief search about "The Avery Case", briefly answer the following:

1) Why was Manitowac so concerned about their liability?

2) What do you think of the depositions of Deputy Judy Dvork and her comment that "it sounds like Steve Avery". Do you feel that this would taint the jail house line up?

3) What do you think of the depositions of Lt. Lenk, the District Attorney and of Deputy Chief Kusche? Do you find their testimony reliable? If so why, if not why not?
