Intro:Our Tech Shop business model will be selling up-to-date computers, phones, chords, and monitors to bring the public the most advanced technology. The most advanced technology will be done by updating our technology regularly. Our shop will also include specialist technicians who will provide repairs for our products.

Our company will earn its revenue from selling our products at our local store and our business website. Online shopping and in-store sales.

Our core business transaction will provide cords, personal and company computers which we will sell in bulk, phones, accessories to fix phones, cords to connect monitors, and monitors for companies.

The biggest transaction in our business will be selling to other businesses by ordering numerous laptops or computers with their cords for their workers. This will be done by ordering in the store or online, while also providing repairs when needed.

We will not have stakeholders for now as we are still in the process of raising our capital. Employees would have skills in selling technology and repairing technology.

4.1 IT Alignment This section describes how Information Technology will enable the competitive/business strategy set forth in section 3.2. That is, first make a blue print of the process innovation, then select/describe the IT that would achieve this innovation. Describe the business process that will be enabled using IT [1]. Clarify how this business process will enable the business strategy stated in section 3.2 [2]. Explain any innovation that will be introduced by this IT enabled business process. Various articles assigned in the course are relevant to this section.

Based on the System Analysis, develop a solid RFP for conducting system design, programming, testing, and implementing the intended IT system. Chapter-13 describes basic information about RFP. Some examples of RFPs will also be available for reference in BlackBoard. The RFP must contain a short descriptions, including your expectations of what the vendor must do in each of these activities. The IT system identified by you will be designed and programmed by a reputed IT vendor for a price. Before a vendor can quote you accurate price, it needs a good Request for Proposal (RFP) document based on which the vendor can assess the cost and make a good bid. RFPs are contractual documents, therefore must be specific and complete. The owners (you in this case) generally provide as much pertinent information as they can in the RFP so that bidders can make a good assessment of what is involved in the project. Chapter 13 describes various methods for testing IT systems. What methods will you use and why? Please be specific. This section should not describe what each of the testing methods are, but describe how they will be used in action.

3.Chapter 13 describes different approaches for implementation (1) and testing (2) of the proposed IT system. Which approach will you use and why? Please be specific. Do not describe the basic definitions or descriptions of approaches, but why certain approaches were selected and others were not? The implementation and testing strategies should consider proposed IT system. The case analysis assignment that will be completed before this assignment will provide you with the relevance and insights into the significance of this phase in IT projects.
