Most co-working spaces offer a variety of membership options {e.g., daily or monthly memberships, conference bookings] and different workspaces to suit a variety of needs ranging from remote workers in need of a business address to catering for complete teams. For example, lower cost memberships will get you access to a hot desk in an open office environment, whereas permanent desks or dedicated office spaces can be rented for a higher fee. One ofthe advantages of using co working spaces are the flexibility in changing between memberships and working locations to suit changing needs. Openfce plans to open facilities in Melbourne and Geelong and targets a range of clients such as startup entrepreneurs, remote professionals, business people that frequently commute between Melbourne and Geelong and small work teams that need dedicated workspaces for start-up projects or low scale on-going work. Openo'ice is also planning to provide vir'tuoi co-working space memberships to caterfor remote and location independent professionals. For example, virtual coworking memberships provide members with an ongoing CED business address and mail services. They will also have access to join live-streamed networking events and online sessions that Opeanj'ice plans to host on a regular basis. Furthermore, the co-working company plans to offer virtual members the ability to book Openice conference facilities to host locally based clients while the virtual member dials in to facilitate meetings or give presentations. For this, Openofice staff will ensure that the invited clients or business partners are set up comfortably in a meeting room, will provide catering and hand out or collect documents, etc. if needed. You have been assigned to the project team that will be responsible to en sure the doors will open forthe first coworking space in three months.Your team will work and communicate directly with Ms Green during the planning and implementation of this project. Project Scope This project will require the planning and setting-up immbgf Openofce co-working spaces using an agile project management approach. This will include designing spaces that will fit the requirements of the members and overseeing the actual fitout ofthe spaces.
