You are walking down the main street in your town and happen to be photographed next to a famous celebrity (Jay Leno) walking out of a hotel. The following week the photograph is used in a magazine ad campaign for champagne. Do you and/or the celebrity have any legal recourse for the magazine's use of the photograph?
