Hope this email finds you well.

I take this opportunity to thank you for understanding my brothers' health condition and for standing with us and helping us to travel to our country (Oman). I wanted to tell you, please, that the condition of my parents after the accident that my brothers suffered requires me to stay with them for some time, perhaps until the end of May, and I hope that things will go well. I promise you that I will strive not to be late in returning to Britain and the return of my daughters (Maryam and Tahani) to school.
