Is the App appealing to all age groups? Lion Foods has a high proportion of older customers and the company has tried to attract them to using the App by making a lot of the Boost promotions available on that platform, however they are still concerned that it may not be being used as much by older customers. You have been asked to divide the customers in to younger (less than 50) and older (50 and above) groups and then test to see if there is any difference in the proportion of customers between those two groups who have downloaded the App. To answer this question please create your own template in Excel to calculate p-values for the difference between proportions test.
