Is the information listed below make sense?

I currently work at the Fitness center on my base. Some key fixed and variable costs for the Hawks Fitness Center would be as follows: For fixed there will be space rent, furniture on credit, insurances, salaries to permanent staff such as trainers/managers/employees, and basic charge for electricity/utilities, depreciation supplies/equipment, gym membership, streaming service subscription (even though these bills are the same each month there is still a possibility to lower their costs. Insurance is another fixed cost that will remain the same as well.

As for variable costs, there will be electricity expenses, maintenance costs, laundry costs, towels, bathroom supplies, membership cards, business promotion, etc.
